GAD-7 | Anxiety Screening Tool
Take the free assessment below to see where your score is.
The GAD-7 assesses the most common symptoms of anxiety. This mental health assessment discusses the most common anxiety symptoms to provide an overall anxiety severity score. The result provided by the GAD-7 calculator is aimed at revealing whether an anxiety disorder is present and to what degree. Low scores mean no or little anxiety severity, while high scores mean an increased degree of severity.
GAD-7 scores range from 0 to 21, where the higher the score, the higher your anxiety:
0-4: No or Little Anxiety;
5-6: Mild Anxiety Disorder
10-14: Moderate Anxiety Disorder
15-21: Severe Anxiety Disorder
If you feel you are experiencing moderate to severe anxiety symptoms, it is recommended that you seek the evaluation of a psychiatrist or your healthcare provider.
